Quietly inside the Corneria a certain master thief was sneaking about looking for a certain treasure he had heard about inside the ship. The thief was currently crawling through the vents until he was communicated by the brains of his gang Bentley. He answered the call to listen.

"Careful now Sly, according to my calculations the treasure should be right underneath you." Bentley explained.

"Thanks Bentley." Sly said before attaching a cable to the vent and lowering himself down quietly nearing the glass case with a large gem. Sly gently managed to open the case and grab the gem.

"I got it!" Sly announced to Bentley, he started pulling himself back up into the vent only for a sudden red laser beam to cut the cable sending Sly into a freefall. Though nimble as he was Sly landed on his feet and caught the gem on top of his cane. Standing with his gun out was none other than Fox McCloud.

"Sorry, we don't tolerate thieves here." Fox said intimidatingly to Sly who yawned.

"We'll I'm not your every day thief, this is mine now." Sly said juggling the gem with his cane with acrobatic skill, Fox cocked his gun once more and aimed it at Sly.

"Think again." Fox said with a glare toward Sly both dropped into a fighting position.

Go for Broke... FIGHT!

Fox began firing several bullets at Sly only for the thief to nimbly avoid each shot before diving towards spinning his cane, Fox kicked the cane colliding with Sly and attempted to roll into a kick only for Sly to trip him up and knock him into the air and roll into him while surrounded by electricity.

Fox reeled back from the attack but landed on his feet. Fox used the Fox Illusion to dash by Sly dealing a blow to his gut before unleashing a flurry of kicks upon the thief before flipping backwards connecting the tip of his boot with Sly's jaw sending him flying and hitting the ground back first with a thud.

Sly jumped backwards and landed on his feet before throwing a smoke bomb down suddenly cloaking himself from Fox's view and confusing him. Sly placed a mine on the ground before disappearing and seemingly teleporting behind Fox and jabbing his electrified cane into his back sending Fox reeling forward in pain, Sly dove forward rolling like a torpedo before diving back hitting Fox again and knocking him into the air before hooking the back of his jacket and slamming him into the ground. Fox rolled back to his feet just as Sly threw an alarm clock, Fox used his Reflector to knock the clock back at Sly stunning him with electricity.

Fox used his jetpack and hovered above Sly delivering a storm full of kicks, using the Fox Illusion several times to dash into Sly, juggling him in the air before cloaking his body in flames and charging into Sly burning his body with major injury.

Sly landed on the ground limping from pain as Fox landed and charged a shot with his gun and fired a full charged shot. Sly used this opportunity to disappear and reappear behind Fox and pick his pockets snagging something and pocketing it for himself. Fox turned and spun to kick Sly only to collide with Sly's cane and be hooked into the air where Fox cloaked himself in flames once more and charged toward Sly.

"HIIIIYA!"

Sly vanished and suddenly Fox was stunned by electricity, a cardboard cut out of Sly waving left in the original place. Sly rolled into Fox knocking him back before jumping and thrusting his cane into Fox's chest both attack electrified to do more damage to Fox who lands on his feet, Sly disappears and reappears behind Fox again this time to be kicked by Fox who had spun around expecting the move.

Fox kicked Sly's cane from his grasp sending it into the air in almost slow motion. Sly pulled a smoke bomb out and threw it at Fox. Fox went to activate his Reflector only to find it missing, the smoke bomb blew up at Fox's feet, dazing him and giving him massive confusion. He spotted Sly slightly through the smoke and fired a shot from his gun only for Sly to use Fo's own Reflector and send the shot back at him, knocking the gun from Fox's hand. With no warning Sly flew by Fox leaving electrical trails until he finally dove towards Fox for a final slash with his cane.

KO!!!

Fox screamed in pain as he fell on the ground knocked out, as Sly escaped through the air vent with the large gem with him.
